Very Rare! Chanel 02A 2002 Fall jacket with chain fringe and Chanel owl face buttons size FR 44 US 8-10

This spectacular jacket is one of those things that almost never reaches the resale market because nobody ever wants to give it up! It is from Chanel's famous 02A collection. Wool blend with very subtle silver threads randomly interspersed. Then there are small gold and silver sequins. The incredibly and unusual fringe is the show-stopper, the chain pieces are in graduated lengths which range from 1.5” to 20" long around the collar, pockets, and sleeves. The buttons are Chanel's rare owl face buttons, the eyes are crystals and the area around the eyes, form the CC logo. There are 9 for closure, 1 on each of the patch pockets, and 3 on each sleeve. There is also a metal CC on one of the pockets.
